1. Delta-9 Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) Disclaimer

Mad River Botanicals works with suppliers who guarantee Delta-9 THC content of no more than 0.3%. Mad River Botanicals further guarantees that its edible products contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by gross weight. With these trace amounts, it is highly unlikely that you will fail a drug test, however, Mad River Botanicals makes no representation or warranty that a customer will pass a drug test during or after use of these products.
